If you are a complete novice and have always wanted to learn to dance then Dance Synergy is for you... Our format is the easiest partnered dance to learn as there’s no complicated footwork.

We will provide you with a fantastic programme which includes beginners dance class and all the additional support you need to facilitate your progress from beginner to intermediate in approximately 6 weeks! Dance synergy is unique as we provide you with video footage of the routines for you to view online which allows you to practice them in the comfort of your own home. In addition to this we have experienced dancers who are always on hand to teach and support you on your Dance Synergy journey and a quick guide to all 18 of the beginners moves which you can carry with you at all times! You are also encouraged to sign up to the beginners workshop which will accelerate your learning process even faster...

As a couple you are ideally placed to get the most out of the online video footage as you can practice together. In addition to this we have experienced dancers who are always on hand to teach and support you and your partner throughout the evening and a quick guide to all 18 the beginners moves which you can carry with you at all times! We would also encourage you to consider signing up to one of the beginners workshops which will accelerate your learning process even faster...

Dance Synergy will enable you to dance at social events and really impress people with your new found skills. It’s also a great social environment, so do feel free to come along as couple or with a group of friends. It’s a fun new way to keep fit, learn something new, socialise and spend quality time together as a couple or with your friends. Being able to dance has been described as one of the most attractive qualities in a man! You will be pleased to know that as well as the lovely ladies that attend our evenings you’ll be in good company and get support from the other beginners as the men attending Dance Synergy evenings come from a variety of backgrounds such as policemen, firemen, ex soldiers, IT consultants etc. In actual fact the guy who owns the business was a paratrooper for 5 years!
