What intermediates can expect
| 19:30 – 19:45 - Doors open & warm up dancing |
There is a fully licensed bar so please grab a drink & table. Previous week’s lesson will be projected & instructors are on hand giving you the opportunity to practice 1 to 1 and learn hint’s and tips from our experienced dance crew. |
| 19:45 – 20:30 - Dance Synergy Beginners class |
All beginner moves will be taught and after approximately 6 lessons you should be ready to move up to the Intermediate class. If you wish to practice at home you will be able to view the lesson recap movie online (membership required to log in to secure members area). |
21:00 – 21:30 - Intermediate lesson

This class is aimed at Intermediate dancers and is the natural progression of Beginners who wish to further develop their dance skills. If you wish to practice at home you will be able to view the lesson recap movie online (membership required to log in to secure members area). |
21:30 – 23:00 Freestyle dancing
|
The Freestyle period is brilliant fun & great for practicing your newly learnt moves on the dance floor. We will have the evening’s lesson playing on large projector screens throughout this period and instructors will be on hand to help you practice. |
How much does it cost?
£8 for the whole evening which includes the class, and freestyle periods.
£5 for Freestyle only which starts at 21:30 until 23:00. If you just want to dance you can come in from 21:20 and start dancing in the main room
as soon as the Intermediate class finishes at 21:30.
Concessions
£5 for the whole evening if you are a student, unemployed or over the age of 60 (you will have to provide proof of your status)
Intermediate & Advanced workshops
£25 per person or £20 each if you book as a gender balanced couple.
